Smart programming – fast start-up:
The robots are programmed using a point-to-point method: the operator marks key points on the part to be painted and sets the necessary painting parameters on the control panel. The created program can be adjusted until the optimal result is achieved.
We use our own automated painting program generation system, which allows for quick and accurate formation of the painting process based on the geometry of the product. This helps reduce programming time and increases process accuracy.
2D scanning and product recognition:
If needed, we can integrate a 2D scanning system that automatically recognizes the type of part and selects the appropriate painting program. This enables efficient processing of different products on the same line without operator intervention.
